Dave McGillivray’s DMSE Leases 10K SF in Stoughton

R.W. Holmes represented DMSE Sports in securing a 10,000-square-foot lease at 146 Campanelli Pkwy. in Stoughton, MA. The new facility will support the company’s broad range of services, including event planning, race management and logistical support for sporting events.

DMSE is owned by Dave McGillivray, a well-known personality in Boston, renowned for his extensive contributions to the running community. He has served as the race director for the Boston Marathon since the 1980s, bringing decades of expertise and leadership to the annual event.
