Dave Magee Leaves CushWake for Investment Role at CBRE in Seattle

CBRE expanded its team in Seattle with the addition of Dave Magee, who joins as First Vice President. Magee will focus on commercial investment property sales in the Puget Sound region and be based in the downtown Seattle office.

Magee comes over from Cushman & Wakefield, where he most recently served as Managing Principal and market leader overseeing all business lines in Seattle and Bellevue. Magee’s role at CBRE will primarily support private capital investors with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, working across multiple property types, including office and industrial.

CBRE’s John R. Miller says, “Dave is a seasoned professional who has built one of our industry’s strongest networks on a foundation of friendship, experience and patience. He is a respected veteran in the Puget Sound region and will have an immediate positive impact on our service offering and culture.”
