DAUM Commercial's Capital Markets Group, now one year old, has closed $100 million of transactions since its launch

DAUM Marks First Anniversary of Launching Capital Markets Group

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services recently celebrated its Capital Markets Group’s one-year anniversary. The Capital Markets Group opened its Costa Mesaoffice in the second quarter of 2022and has executed ontransactions with a total value of $100 million. 

“DAUM’s Capital Markets Group specializes in identifying and positioning creative deal opportunities for our valued institutional and high-net-worth clients,” said Michael Collins, vice chairman and director of the group. “In 2022, our team identified the opportunity to take advantage of increasing industrial demand that caused deal volume to rise by 81.7% in Orange County during the third quarter.” 

He added that although certain commercial asset groups have shown declines in early 2023, “as one might expect with last year’s rising interest rates impacting transaction volumes, property values and overall investor appetite, we remain optimistic about the future, with the industrial sector remaining strong.”
