DAUM Directs Three Industrial Acquisitions in Greater Phoenix Area
DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services completed three acquisitions of industrial properties totaling nearly 60,000 square feet in the greater Phoenix market. Trevor McKendry and Chris Rogers represented the buyers in all three transactions.
“While we are navigating uncertain times, our top priority remains to act as strategic advisers for our clients, whether it means moving forward to close transactions as planned or reevaluating situations,” says McKendry.
The three recent acquisitions include:
– An 18,000-square-foot industrial building in Tempe. The buyer was a family-owned raw honey manufacturer. The property sits on 1.15 acres and is located at 1060 W. Alameda Dr.
– A business park comprised of three industrial buildings, totaling more than 25,870 square feet in Phoenix and acquired as part of a 1031 Exchange. The property is located at 3615-3635 S. 16th St.
– A 16,056-square-foot manufacturing building at 2840 E. Mohawk Ln. in Phoenix (pictured). The value-add facility is situated on 1.15 acres of industrial-zoned land.
