DAUM Directs $16.5M Sale of Fountain Valley Industrial Park

Manhattan West Real Estate has purchased a fully-leased, 60,000-square-foot industrial park in Fountain Valley, CA from DDK Investments for $16.5 million. Located on Mt. Washington Street and Talbert Avenue, the two-story complex boasts OC Art & Home, Harwood Galleria and RADCO as tenants.

“With an outstanding property in an irreplaceable location, we anticipated strong interest in the asset from the investor community,” said DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services’ Mike Barreiro who represented the seller, along with the firm’s Devin Ray. Daum’s Charles Johnson and Joseph Harmon represented the buyer in the transaction.

Built in 1982, the industrial park features a pair of two-story buildings on 3-acres with 18’ to 23’ clear heights, oversized ground-level doors and large fenced yards. The property is unique in that is allows for both industrial and retail/showroom uses and is situated directly across the street from Costco with easy access to Interstate 405.
