DAUM Brokers Large Orange Office Deal
DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services recently brokered a $3.3-million multi tenant office sale in Orange.
Chris Migliori of DAUM represented the buyer, Xchange Solutions, as well as the seller, Wells Fargo.
The building, located at 230 W. Chapman Ave., is 1.15 acres and spans 25,900 square feet. DAUM recently also represented the McEwan Group in a recent industrial lease in Santa Ana, worth just under $1.3 million. The tenant in that deal was the Real Income Group.
