DAUM Arranges Off-Market Deal for Santa Ana Warehouse

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has completed the off-market sale of a 29,932-square-foot Santa Ana industrial warehouse facility situated in Orange County’s Airport Area submarket. The price was not disclosed.

EVPs Mike Barreiro and Devin Ray and associate Zack Homsy of DAUM’s Orange County office, along with EVP David Freitag and associates Ben Andrews and Sam Andrews of DAUM’s Los Angeles office, represented the seller and procured the buyer, an established global retailer and e-commerce wholesaler of currency collectibles and numismatic supplies, in the transaction.

“The buyer serves collectors and customers around the world and will use the property as its new corporate headquarters,” saiidBarreiro. “The 20-foot clear height, oversized secured yard, dock-high and ground-level loading, and substantial electrical power gave them the infrastructure needed to support their growing e-commerce and distribution operations. Today, some of the best industrial property opportunities come down to relationships and knowing which owners are open to a conversation before a building ever hits the market.”
