ColoGuard Data Center and “Carrier Hotel” Comes to Industry City

ColoGuard has opened a new data center and “carrier hotel” facility at Industry City, a six-million-square-foot mixed-use office, industrial and retail complex located on the waterfront in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park neighborhood.

ColoGuard provides the tenants at Industry City with direct access to more than 30 network service providers. These businesses can get internet speeds up to 100Gbps and a range of interconnection offerings, including colocation, hosting, data transport, dark fiber, cloud services, peering and data storage.

Industry City recently installed fiber infrastructure throughout its 35-acre campus, which has received a Platinum certification from WiredScore, the highest available designation from the commercial real estate rating system.
