Dassault Systèmes Renews North American HQ Lease in Waltham

Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE) said Monday that Dassault Systèmes, a global science and technology company, has renewed a 320,694-square-foot lease, at 175 and 185 Wyman St. in Waltham, MA. The North American headquarters renewal represents the largest suburban Boston office lease since 2020 and second largest office lease in Massachusetts during that same period, according to HBRE.

CBRE represented HBRE and JLL represented Dassault Systèmes. The tenant is a French multinational software corporation that develops software for 3D product design, simulation, manufacturing and other 3D related products. Founded in 1981, it has 25,000 employees globally.

“We are proud to continue our longstanding relationship with Dassault Systèmes, a valued and key tenant partner in the HBRE portfolio,” said Peter Gottlieb, president & CEO of HBRE. “This renewal reflects our long-term investment lens and commitment to space-as-service, delivering thoughtfully designed, high-performing workplaces for industry-leading firms.”
