DarwinPW Reps HVAC Maker in St. Charles Industrial Purchase

DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International associate Marc Hale represented an undisclosed HVAC manufacturing company in its acquisition of a 50,000-square-foot building at 2500 Production Drive in St. Charles, IL. The business is expanding and will be moving from a location in Elk Grove Village, IL. Terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.

“This property allowed the purchaser to expand into a larger facility and own their own property,” said Hale. “With the larger facility, the purchaser is now able to grow their business beyond what was possible at their previous location.”

The Class B facility features 21-foot clear height, seven docks, one drive-in door, heavy power and 1,500 square feet of office space with 55 parking spaces. DarwinPW Realty said the new facility will accommodate the HVAC company’s growing business and workforce for years to come.

The seller, Hill & Smith, was represented by SVN Landmark’s Brian Lindgren.
