DarwinPW Realty Represents Welbic in Several Leases

DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Vice President, Mandy Lewandowski represented several tenants and owner Welbic Investments, LLC, of which Speedwagon Capital Partners is a partner, in several recent lease transactions throughout the Chicagoland area.

“Welbic Investments and Speedwagon Capital Partners continue to see strong demand for industrial, office, and medical office space throughout Chicago’s western suburbs,” said Lewandowski. In the largest transaction of the year so far, she represented Master Marketing International, Inc. in their 45,240-square-foot lease expansion at 280 Gerzevske Lane in Carol Stream, Illinois. The leased area is part of a 74,410-square-foot industrial building owned by Prologis, with a 25-foot clear height and six interior docks.

Lewandowski also represented Welbic Investments in the lease of 11,000 square feet at 902-924 Industrial Drive, Suite 910, in Aurora, Illinois, to Law Weapons Inc. Another highlight of the year includes Welbic’s lease of 6,350 square feet at 1501-1525 N. Main Street in Wheaton, Illinois, to Northern Illinois Foot & Ankle Specialists.

The three-year medical office lease is in downtown Wheaton. Lewandowski represented the firm in 22 transactions totaling 330,987 square feet in the Chicago area in 2024.
