DarwinPW Realty Represents Sellers in Stockyards Building Sale

DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Principal Ed Wabick and Vice President Terry Lynch recently represented Stockyard Bricks in its sale of a 14,000-square-foot building and 3.35 acres of industrial outdoor storage at 4150 S. Packers Ave in Chicago’s Stockyards neighborhood to Midwest Trailer Repair.

“Industrial outdoor storage is extremely hard to come by within the city of Chicago, so finding an in-fill location with entitlements in place to operate is a win for this business,” says Lynch. The buyer intends to use the site and building to expand its business.

The site is close to downtown Chicago and within minutes of I-55 and I-90. It is located within an Enterprise Zone and zoned for industrial use. Realty at Home’s Humberto Garcia represented the buyer in the transaction.
