DarwinPW Realty Promotes Two to VP

DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International has promoted Dan Prendergast and Mandy Lewandowski to VPs at the firm.

“Dan and Mandy have both worked with us for more than a decade, and their commitment to excellence in commercial real estate is second to none,” said DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International managing broker George Cibula. “We’re recognizing their ongoing leadership with these promotions.”

Prendergast has worked for DarwinPW Realty since graduating from Western Illinois University in 2007. He focuses his work on representing owners and tenants in transactions in Northern Cook County, Lake County, and Southeast Wisconsin.

Lewandowski joined the DarwinPW Realty team in 2013 after many years of experience in marketing. In the last 36 months, she has completed more than 150 commercial real estate transactions, representing both landlords and tenants.
