DarwinPW Realty Arranges St. Louis Lease for Beverage Distributor

DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Managing Broker George Cibula and Associate Luke Ferzacca, along with Intelica/CORFAC International’s Joel Meyer, SIOR, and Ben Bacino, recently represented a beverage distributor in the lease of a 22,500-square-foot warehouse at 729 Prairie Dupont Drive in Dupo, Illinois. The St. Louis area building gives the distributor access to a new market for their goods.

“Working with our CORFAC partners allowed for a smooth deal,” Ferzacca says. “Their professional relationship with the listing brokers and market knowledge helped secure a deal for our client that allowed them to expand into a new market.”

Barber Murphy Commercial’s Steve Zuber represented the building owner in the transaction. The beverage distributor moved into the building in March.

Working together, Intelica and DarwinPW brokers found an ideal property with 2,400 square feet of office space, one recessed dock door, two drive-in doors, and clear heights from 24 to 28 feet. The building is just two miles from I-255 and 11 miles from the St. Louis Airport and is well-suited for distribution to St. Louis and other parts of the lower Midwest.
