DarwinPW Realty Arranges 10 Leases at Kenosha Light Industrial Complex

DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International VP Dan Prendergast has represented Ladi Investments, LLC, in 10 recent lease transactions totaling 33,181 square feet at 5732 95th Ave., 8920 58th Pl., 9114 58th Pl. and 9016 58th Pl. in Kenosha, WI.

Ladi Investments purchased the eight-building, 277,982-square-foot light industrial complex last fall and Prendergast has negotiated lease extensions and new leases with 10 companies since taking over the leasing in 2022.

“When Ladi purchased the portfolio last year, there were many short-term leases in place with a few vacant units available and it was important to work toward stabilizing rents and extending lease terms right out of the gate,” Prendergast says.
