DarwinPW/Corfac Represents Building Owner In Lease Renewal

DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International’s Vice President Mandy Lewandowski represented Welbic III Broadview 21 LLC and Speedwagon Capital Partners in the renewal of a 43,175-square-foot lease for the entire building at 2101 W. 21st Street in Broadview, Illinois.

The Class B building offers easy access to several major highways, including I-290, I-294, and I-55. The property is located less than 10 miles from Midway Airport and 17 miles from O’Hare International Airport.

“The tenant has loved this property since they moved in five years ago, and we are happy to see them renew the lease,” said Lewandowski. “This is a great infill location just outside of the city.”

The tenant, Arrow Pneumatics, Inc., manufactures and distributes air preparation products for aerospace, automotive, government, industrial, and medical industries. The company was self-represented in the lease renewal.
