Dartmouth Co. Puts Former Boston Sports Club Up for Sale

The Dartmouth Co. has put the former Boston Sports Club in Lynnfield, MA up for sale.

The two-story, 45,434-square-foot building is located on nearly six-acres at 425 Walnut St. The property is located adjacent to MarketStreet, a 663,000-square-foot mixed-use lifestyle development anchored by a Whole Foods and Apple.

“The 425 Walnut Street site represents a unique opportunity for both developers and operators to conveniently located themselves next to the most productive and active lifestyle center north of Boston,” said Peter Considine, partner at the Dartmouth Company, who is leading marketing efforts. “The location has the opportunity to draw customers regionally as MarketStreet has proven. We are reaching out to a broad group of developers and users from multiple asset classes.”
