Darcy Stacom Launches Woman-Owned Brokerage
Darcy Stacom has launched her boutique advisory and brokerage firm, Stacom CRE. With over 40 years of experience, including two decades as Chair of NYC Capital Markets Group at CBRE, Stacom brings expertise to her entirely woman-owned venture.
“As someone who can read and navigate markets, close deals in difficult circumstances, and who has the trust of the commercial real estate community, I think this is the right moment to strike out on my own,” said Darcy Stacom.
Notable achievements include facilitating iconic transactions including the $5.4 billion sale of Peter Cooper Village and Stuyvesant Town and the $2.8 billion sale of the GM Building. Stacom CRE will offer consulting, strategy services, and ground lease negotiations, addressing the evolving needs of the market. Additionally, Stacom is chairing NYRP and serving on the Executive Committee and Board of Phipps Houses. She also co-chairs the Diversity Committee of REBNY, advocating for inclusivity in real estate opportunities.
