Darby Construction Inks New Midtown Lease 

Darby Construction Services, a full-service general contractor serving the NYC Tri-State area, has signed a new five-and-a-half-year lease for 2,400 square feet on the 9th floor of 630 Ninth Ave., also known as The Film Center Building.  

The company will use this space for its general and executive offices. Darby Construction Services specializes in handling various construction projects across different industries, including hospitality, residential, retail, technology, financial, healthcare, educational, and commercial offices.  

The building, built in 1929 and located in Hell’s Kitchen, provides access to transportation services and dining options. Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, and Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction.
