Danny Williams Leaves Prologis for NGKF

Connect Los Angeles is coming on June 21st. Here’s where to get more details and register.

NGKF boosted its Los Angeles industrial team with the addition of Danny Williams as managing director. He joins from Prologis, and will work with John McMillan’s national brokerage team.

Williams will focus on industrial landlord and tenant representation in the port-adjacent South Bay Los Angeles submarket.

“Coming from Prologis, Danny will bring an owner’s viewpoint to everything he does, which is very rare to find among brokers,” said McMillan. “Also, his South Bay knowledge is unparalleled, and his institutional mindset will give him favorable advantages and perspective.”

At Prologis, Williams oversaw a more than 13.6-million-square-foot South Bay industrial portfolio, and was responsible for managing brokers, lease analysis and negotiations, tenant relationships and retention, budgeting and reforecasting, and helping source, underwrite, and execute acquisitions. Earlier in his career Williams was a broker at CBRE for nearly six years.
