Danny Meyer’s Union Square Events Joins Industry City Roster

Union Square Events (USE) is coming to Industry City, owned by Belvedere Capital, Jamestown, and Angelo, Gordon & Co. The full-service catering and events company from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group will occupy 70,000 square feet at the 35-acre, 16-building campus on the Brooklyn waterfront. This announcement brings the total square footage leased since March at Industry City to nearly 500,000.

Located at 147 41st St. in Brooklyn, USE will occupy the creative mixed-use complex in the spring of 2021.

USE partnered with Gensler Design to customize the new space that will house a commissary operation designed by its culinary team, and will feature a dedicated client tasting room with its own kitchen, allowing for client collaborations Additional features will include a 120-seat family meal room, which transforms into an auditorium designed to improve the quality of daily life for USE’s team members.
