Danley’s Leases Office at Clear Height’s Elk Grove Property

Custom garage builder Danley’s has leased 4,556 square feet of office space at Clear Height Properties’ 1400 S. Elmhurst Rd. in Elk Grove Village, within the O’Hare submarket. Northbrook-based Danley’s, which has built more than 100,000 garages throughout the region since 1959, will use the new space as a sales and project management office.

“We believe this centrally-located office space near O’Hare will allow Danley’s to simplify the logistics of servicing the entire Chicagoland area,” said Gary Rose, managing director at Clear Height Properties.

Clear Height has owned and managed 1400 S. Elmhurst, a 78,039-square-foot flex building on the eastern side of Elk Grove Village, since May of 2018.

Colliers International’s Tom Rodeno represented Danley’s in the lease transaction. Jason Shibata, Brian Silverman and Michael Whetstone of JBS Commercial Real Estate oversee leasing of the property on behalf of Clear Height Properties.
