Daniels Commences Construction on 800 Columbia St. Condo Tower

Seattle-based Daniels Real Estate broke ground on the 31-story 800 Columbia Street condominium tower in Seattle. The 271-unit development is located in the historic First Hill neighborhood, between 8th and 9th Avenues.

Daniels Real Estate’s Kevin Daniels says, “800 Columbia is a quintessential Seattle address in arguably Seattle’s most historic residential neighborhood within walking distance to downtown.”

The tower was designed by LMN Architects and features distinguished exterior and interior finishes. Red Propeller is handling the marketing and sales of the residences, which will range from 404 to 1,538 square feet, and include studio, one- and two-bedroom homes. There will also be four penthouses between 1,809 – 2,254 square feet.

Part of the project’s commitment to honoring its First Hill context is a signature, two-story tiered open space designed to enhance the 8th Avenue Tree Walk, which includes iconic urban trees and species not found in most downtown neighborhoods. Construction is anticipated to be completed by Winter of 2021.
