Daniel Management Group Tapped to Manage Fox Lake Multifamily Development

Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based real estate firm focused on multifamily investment and management, has been awarded a new management assignment​​ for The Quarry.

The property was developed by Sterling Hall Capital and offers 154 luxury apartments in Fox Lake, Illinois, a northwest Chicago suburb. The Quarry features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. “DMG is excited to be a part of The Quarry from day one and helping to bring this new housing to Fox Lake,” said Roger Daniel, president and founder of DMG. DMG will be managing through the lease-up.

“I am thrilled to see The Quarry come to fruition and look forward to filling the new development with residents who will call it home,” said Nick Byrd​, C​hief Financial ​Officer of ​Sterling Hall Capital. “I’ve had the pleasure of working ​with ​DMG at Morris Station and know their experience with townhomes and new developments will help The Quarry at Fox Lake succeed.”
