Daniel Madrid Joins AmTrust Title in New Jersey
Title problems? Daniel Madrid, a seasoned commercial real estate attorney with more than 14 years of experience, has joined AmTrust Title Insurance Company as vice president and New Jersey state counsel.
“A skilled legal negotiator with an in-depth understanding of the political and legal challenges in the state of New Jersey, Dan is also poised to help grow various departments regionally,” said Jason Gordon, president of AmTrust Title.
He’ll oversee underwriting for New Jersey for AmTrust title agents, and direct national commercial transactions. Prior to joining AmTrust Title, Madrid was a partner in the New Jersey-based firm of Fox Rothschild, involved in deals ranging from construction financing to development with federal New Markets Tax Credits.
