Daniel Kowalsky Returns to HKS as Managing Director 

HKS Real Estate Advisors, a New York City-based commercial real estate capital advisory firm, is welcoming Daniel Kowalsky back as managing director.  

In his role, Kowalsky will be responsible for structuring debt and equity capitalizations, opportunistic investment sales, and aiding lenders with strategic loan dispositions. With a decade of experience in commercial real estate capital markets, Kowalsky brings expertise in structured finance, underperforming or non-performing debt situations, and asset dispositions. His return to HKS marks an expansion of the firm’s leadership team.
