Dana Caudell Joins Continental Realty as EVP, Multifamily Operations
Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) has appointed Dana Caudell as Executive Vice President and Head of Multifamily Operations.
An industry veteran with more than 30 years of diversified real estate experience, Caudell will oversee operations of a multifamily portfolio comprising more than 10,000 apartment homes across 38 communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
Caudell’s primary responsibilities will include overseeing all operations and strategic direction of CRC’s multifamily management platform. She will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s financial goals and growth initiatives by ensuring scalable operations, strong fiscal performance, and occupancy targets.
Caudell joins CRC from Pegasus Residential, where she served as Chief Strategy Officer. Previously, she spent six years as President of The Bainbridge Companies, leading the expansion of the firm’s residential portfolio from 12,000 to 30,000 multifamily units. She has also held senior leadership roles with Aventon Companies, Daniel Corporation, Park Partners Residential, and Wood Partners.
