Mortenson Properties, Inc. (MPI) has hired Dan Ryan as Managing Director. In this role, Ryan will have responsibility for all aspects of MPI’s activities, from new real estate investments to asset management, and enabling the next phase of real estate asset growth.

Ryan brings nearly three decades of commercial real estate experience to his new role at Mortenson. Prior to joining MPI, he spent 28 years at JLL in Chicago, where he was most recently President of the Central Region and was responsible for the firm’s markets’ teams and services across the United States.  

MPI is the real estate equity ownership arm in the Mortenson family portfolio of companies. “Dan Ryan’s extensive leadership experience and business acumen are vital to helping us achieve our goals.
