Dan Fasulo, one of the executives who helped grow Real Capital Analytics into a global leader in commercial real estate data and analytics, joined MetaProp NYC as its new Research Executive in Residence.

MetaProp is known for bringing capital to new real estate technology companies. Its “Meta Prop Demo Days” have become regular sold-out events where start-up companies present their ideas to audiences containing executives and potential investors.

“Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and insights from his extensive experience in real estate research and entrepreneurship,” said Aaron Block, MetaProp NYC founding partner and managing director. “He will work hand-in-hand with our operating businesses, portfolio companies and global partners.”
