An expert at raising capital, Dan Fanelli has joined Madison Realty Capital (MRC) as its new Vice President of investor relations.

“His deep background and leadership ability in capital raising will be invaluable to our mission of expanding our pool of investors, as well as ensure that we continue to maintain the highest standards in communications with our investment partners,” said Adam Tantleff, managing principal of MRC.

Most recently, Fanelli served as vice president of capital raising for Innovo Property Group. Before that, he was a senior associate at Artemis Real Estate Partners, where he supported the capital raising process for more than $1 billion of institutional capital commitments. Earlier, he was a senior analyst at Blackstone in the Private Equity Valuations and Performance Group.
