Dallas’s Hilton Anatole to Undergo $30M Facelift
The sprawling hotel, with 1,606-beds was once the largest hotel in Dallas when it was built in 1979. It has undergone a handful of flag changes, including management under the Loews and Wyndham brands. Today, it’s operated by Hilton. In 2010, the hotel was treated to a $125 million renovation. And now, plans are to spend another $30 million on the 27-story tower.
The Dallas Business Journal reports the guest room refresh is expected to include new paint, carpet, new bath vanities and sinks, millwork, the replacement of existing outlets and switches, corridor carpet and lighting. BBGM Architects and Interiors Inc. is listed as the design firm for the work. The renovations are expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2024.
The Hilton Anatole was originally developed by Trammell Crow as part of the Dallas Market Center complex and, at the time, featured 900 guest rooms before undergoing a handful of additions, including the construction of the JadeWaters Water Park.
