Melissa will be the location of a new 288-unit apartment rentals. The Farmhouse 121 being developed by Highpark Capital. The complex will offer one and two-bedroom units with amenities such as a pool, fitness center, resident lounge and a dog park. It’s slated for completion first quarter, 2023.

Third Coast Bank supplied the construction loan. The builder is Brownstone Construction and the designer Cross Architects. The HighPark Capital team has developed more than 6,000+ residential units and more than 2,000,000 square feet of commercial projects in the west and southwest areas of the United States.
