Dallas Law Firm Leases 51K-SF in Dallas Highrise

Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann LLP (LPHS) inked a 51,800 square foot lease in The Epic in Deep Ellum for its new offices. Westdale is the building owner.

LPHS will occupy the 13th and 14th floors of Epic I, located at 2550 Pacific Avenue. The firm is expected to relocate from its current downtown Dallas offices in late 2027. The new space will house the firm’s approximately 85 attorneys and staff, with room for future growth.

The Epic is a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of Deep Ellum featuring two Class AA office towers designed by Perkins&Will. Epic I and Epic II combine modern, amenity-rich workplaces.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Schendle, Zach Bean and Carrie Halbrooks represented Westdale in the leasing transaction, while Dan Harris, John Ellerman and Will Langenbahn of Stream Realty represented LPHS.

The Epic features a collection of dining destinations, including Paparazzi Chophouse and Elm & Good, a modern American tavern and social lounge inspired by Deep Ellum’s history and character.
