Dallas Hotel Revamp Could Cost $14M
Black Forest Ventures is assigning Avion Hospitality the responsibility of a major renovation of its DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Campbell Center.
The team expects to spend between $9-$14 million on making over the 300-room property, along with 11,600 square feet of meeting and event space.
Work on the 45-year old hotel will include revamped guest rooms, public spaces and event facilities.
North Texas hotels are gearing up for the FIFA World Cup. The Dallas Business Journal reports that demand for rooms is already up due to the famed soccer championship. The town is hosting nine matches.
Black Forest Ventures is a privately held asset management firm specializing in Commercial Real Estate, Aviation, Technology and Hospitality investments. This is Avion’s 11th hotel management assignment in Texas.
