
Dallas Four Seasons to Start Work in January
The Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences at Turtle Creek is set to kick off construction in January, with a delivery date set for October of 2027.
The hotel and condominiums will cost $475 million to build. The hotel will have 233 rooms, with underground parking and a 10,000-square-foot ballroom. The 118 condominiums are expected to be on the building’s top floors.
Boston-based Carpenter & Co. will work with the Perot family to develop the project. HKS Inc.and Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects have teamed up for the design of the project.
Dallas’s Four Seasons amenities include restaurants, bars, multiple pools, a spa and a health club, and a ballroom.
The Dallas Business Journal reports changes are also set to occur at the region’s previous Four Seasons flag in Irving. The resort is set to be repositioned and relaunched as The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas, in 2024.
