Dallas Four Seasons Sold, To Undergo Major Rehab

The resort destination was purchased by a joint venture between Partners Group and a fund managed by Trinity Fund Advisors. The partnership plans to undertake a multi-million-dollar capital improvement plan.

The revamp will include all guest rooms and villas, renovating the meeting space and redoing the outdoor pool.

The 431-unit Four Seasons Resort Dallas at Las Colinas is the only golf resort in the Dallas area, featuring 90,000 square feet of meeting space, multiple restaurant options, 12 tennis courts and an indoor swimming pool and fitness center.

Partners Jason Longo believes the Dallas Metroplex is a hot market, “The area is becoming an important business hub and this premier resort is ideally positioned to benefit from rising corporate demand for venture space and increasing visitor numbers in the area.”
