Dallas Farmers Market-Area Multifamily Asset Bought by SPI Advisory
SPI bought the 340-unit apartment complex from PURE Multi-Family REIT, who paid $66 million for it in 2017. The complex has gone through a handful of name changes since it was built in 2016. The latest is Skyline Farmers Market, adjacent to the Dallas Farmers Market, which is a 26,000 square foot open-air farmers’ pavilion offering local seasonal produce, naturally raised meats, eggs, cheeses, and other goods from local food artisans.
“We are excited about the future growth of Downtown Dallas,” said Michael Becker from SPI, “The large influx of recent capital in the Farmers Market and nearby Deep Ellum along with the emergence of the new ‘East Quarter’ neighborhood has us bullish on the future of the eastern side of Downtown Dallas.”
The community offers an outdoor gourmet kitchen, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resident social club & business center and an urban oasis pool lounge.
