Dallas’ Encore Expanding into Phoenix

Encore Enterprises of Dallas entered Phoenix with a 6.5-acre site on the east side. The plan is to build the 240-unit Encore Van Buren at Van Buren Street and SR 143. Encore paid $4.5 million for the land, which was acquired from The Cloud 10 Trust, in Newport Beach, CA. Overall costs for the project are estimated at $45 million.

Construction is planned for Q2 2017, with completion scheduled for Q2 2018. JHP Architecture in Dallas is designing the gated community. A contractor has not been selected. Encore Van Buren will offer studios, one and two-bedroom units measuring 615 square feet to 1,200 square feet. Monthly rents are projected to run from $1.025 to $1,869.
