The Central's Phase One Kicks Off with Multifamily, park

Dallas Developer Launching The Central

De La Vega Development is kicking off its far-reaching development at the corner of North Haskell and North Central Expressway in Dallas. The first phase of the 27-acre mixed-use development, called The Central, will feature two major components including StreetLights Residential’s 321 unit multi-family tower as well as a large park that is the heart of the development. Both projects are planned for delivery by December 2023.

The entire project will have up to 4 million square feet of office, residential, and retail space, along with a large, central park for active living. The park will include 9 restaurant concepts, a fitness center, dog park, community gathering spaces, entertainment stage, outdoor meeting space and a walking path.

“The Central will offer the community with a truly unique experience in Dallas-Fort Worth with an environment to work, collaborate, and relax,” said Artemio De La Vega, “We are looking forward to working…to create a space built with the people at its focus.”
