Dallas Designer Recasting Colorless Warehouse Space
M2G Ventures is bringing a new look to industrial drab. The company is rebranding and redeveloping the Archetype, formerly Commonwealth Center, into a more aesthetic project. Today it’s 112,741-square-feet of gray buildings in an industrial development in a traditional industrial business park. Tomorrow it might be a showroom or a distillery, brewery or roastery
The redevelopment will convert the six-building light industrial park located between the East Brookhollow area and the Dallas Design District, into a flexible space that can support traditional users, such as logistics or e-commerce, as well as tenants with more contemporary needs. Capital improvements will include storefront upgrades, enhanced landscaping and public art installations.
M2G’s Jessica Miller explains, “Energizing and enhancing The Archetype’s design creates an atmosphere for discerning brands to thrive in this highly sought after urban industrial location.”
