College Takes Space in Dallas CBD High-Rise

The Dallas County Community College District has signed a 7.5-year deal with KFK group to lease two floors totaling  55,000 square feet at One Main Place. The DCCD is taking the space for expansion of its El Centro College. The lease is the largest office deal for the building since KFK acquired the property in 2014 and began renovations.

The renovations at 1201 Main St. in the Dallas CBD have included the inclusion of s 323-room Westin Hotel, which opened in the building’s upper floors. Meanwhile, the lower floors are being renovated as Class A office space. Stream Realty Partners is handling the leasing for One Main Place.
