Dallas Chateau Plaza Changes Name, Revamp On the Way
An 18-story Uptown Dallas office tower has dropped its name of more than 30 years, and is ready to take on a new look. J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives is planning a multi-milllion-dollar capital improvement project on what was known as Chateau Plaza. To be called 2515 McKinney, the owner is working with Stream Realty Partners to team up on a multi-million-dollar capital improvement project. The renovation starts on the lobby, tenant lounge, public corridors, and boardroom. A fitness center and outdoor patio also will also be enhanced. Dallas-based Entos Design been retained to oversee the design and construction, which is expected to wrap up in the fall.
Stream provides leasing and property management services at 2515 McKinney. “The planned renovations for 2515 McKinney will create a best-in-class office experience for our tenants and reposition the building as the premier place to office in Uptown,” Stream’s Rhett Miller said.
