Dallas-Based Mohr Capital to Develop Phoenix-Area Business Park

Mohr bought 46 acres in the Phoenix suburb of Surprise to build over a million square feet of industrial space. Summit Business Park will offer buildings sized from 250,000 square feet to 450,000 square feet. Mohr expects to break ground in late summer 2022 and have the first building ready in the summer of 2023.

“Summit Business Park brings Mohr Capital into one of Arizona’s fastest-growing cities. The business park will answer the needs of the growing community and new industries entering the West Valley Submarket,” says Mohr’s Tom Theobald.

Building 1 will be equipped with 106 dock doors, four grade-level doors, 144 trailer parking spaces and a 36 foot clearance. Building 2 will have similar offerings and will have a 32-foot clearance. The park will be located less than five minutes from Loop 303 and Loop 101.
