Dallas-Based Developer Building $100M Goodyear Business Park

Dallas-based Formation Interests has started work on a $100 million industrial development in Goodyear. The company is developing the site with Crescent Real Estate. The 688,000-square-foot business park will be built in two phases and include industrial, office and commercial space.

The 44-acre site is at Bullard Avenue and Celebrate Life Way, just off Interstate 10.

The Phoenix Business Journal reports the first phase will total 430,000 square feet between two buildings and is expected to be completed by June 2025. A second phase will comprise 230,000 square feet across three buildings set to break ground next year.

Willmeng Construction is building the park. It’s being designed by Deutsch Architecture Group.

One of the main features of the development will be a 5-acre park with a lawn area. It will offer amenities for workers like yard games, ramadas, tables and seating areas.
