Dallas-Area Retail Center Bought by Big V Property Group
The centers size adds up to almost 560,000 square feet and its tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Total Wine & More, Ulta Beauty, Michael’s, HomeGoods and more. Glade Parks Town Center boasts a three-story garage and is adjacent to a Target store and an Aloft Hotel.
The 53 acre shopping complex is Big V’s fourth retail center in Texas, first in Dallas. “The Dallas metroplex is a dynamic growing marketplace, and this is the first of several acquisitions planned in this exciting market,” said Big V’s Jeffrey Rosenberg.
JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, a joint venture between Iron Point and North Rock. The team was led by Barry Brown.
