Dalfen Industrial Snags Two-Building Industrial Park in Forney
Dalfen Industrial has acquired a two-building, 408,308-square-foot industrial park via a sale-leaseback in Forney, TX. The sales price was not disclosed.
The property is located east of Dallas and also include nearly five acres of undeveloped land that could be used as a 200,000-square-foot expansion of the western building. The opportunity was sourced off market with the help of Matt Dornak of Stream Realty.
“Our belief in the strength of the East Dallas industrial submarket in Dallas/Fort Worth is evidenced by our continued acquisition and development in the area,” said John Lettieri, market officer at Dalfen.
Including the Forney property, Dalfen now owns 1.8 million square feet of industrial properties in the Houston submarket. With the acquisition, Dalfen owns and operates close to 9 million square feet across Texas.
