Dalfen Expands Midwest Footprint with Aurora Warehouse
Dalfen Industrial acquired a 174,300-square-foot industrial facility at 1103 Butterfield Rd. in Aurora, IL. It’s part of a portfolio dealhttps://www.connectcre.com/phoenix/acquisition-provides-dalfen-a-cross-collateralized-industrial-portfolio/ Dalfen recently completed, with properties concentrated mainly in the Las Vegas market.
Butterfield Logistics Center is well positioned in the I-88 industrial submarket, one of the top five distribution corridors in the Chicago market, says Dalfen. It was built in 2004 and has features sought after by e-commerce and distribution tenants, including immediate access to the I-88 Expressway.
“This acquisition adds another great property to our Midwest portfolio,” said Mike Nelligan, Midwest market officer. “With high demand in the I-88 submarket and consistent rent growth, Butterfield Logistics Center is an excellent addition to our portfolio.”
Brendan Sheahan and Nick Krejci of Darwin Realty / CORFAC International introduced the opportunity to Dalfen Industrial and facilitated the acquisition. They’re also leading marketing efforts to lease the building.
