Dakota, a high-end restaurant concept, leased 11,000 square feet from the mixed-use Kirby Collection, which was developed, and is owned and operated by Thor Equities Group. The restaurant and lounge, which will open in summer 2019, will operate in the first and second levels of Kirby Collection, located at 3200 Kirby Dr.

Other retail tenants at the more than one-million-square-foot property include Pinstripes, a Ma Maniere, Atelier Isabel Rose and Indian restaurant Verandah. Approximately 6,300 square feet of retail space remains available for lease. Tenants occupying the office component include Hancock Whitney Bank, Novum Energy Trading, Lukoil, The Alexander Group and Regency Centers. The property also includes a 199-unit residential component.
