D’Agostino Readies to Build 6921 Brisbane MOB

D’Agostino Cos. is readying to develop a 38,800-square-foot medical office building on 2.8 acres in Sugar Land, TX. Construction is scheduled to begin on the project at 6921 Brisbane Court in April 2019, with the first tenants scheduled to move in before the end of the year.

Justin Brasell and Christian Connell have been tapped to fill the building, which is already 50% pre-leased. The anchors are a diagnostic imaging center and an ambulatory surgery center. Browne McGregor Architects designed the three-story building, and Arch-Con Construction is the general contractor.

“Sugar Land continues to be home to a very entrepreneurial physician base,” Brasell said. “We are excited to be a part of a project where tenants may participate in ownership of the building, offering them and their families a real estate investment in a strong market.”
