Dacon Corp. to Construct 122K-SF Industrial Facility in Haverhill

Design build firm Dacon Corp. has announced plans to construct a 121,800-square-foot industrial facility in Haverhill, MASS.

The two-story facility is being built for Edwards Vacuum, a developer and manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum products, exhaust management systems and related services. This building is in response to Edwards’ acquisition of Brooks Automation, thereby expanding the firm’s technology offerings within the semiconductor and general vacuum industries. Features of the facility include manufacturing, labs, offices and warehousing space.

Located in the Broadway Business Park on Creek Brook Drive in Haverhill, the facility is slated to be completed in the second quarter of 2022 and is expected to bring 200 jobs to the area.
